		<description>I have gained 3 kilos this week which makes me worried if constipation is the cause. Its been like this about 10 days. I have been drinking 4-5 cups of water and 2,3 fruits a day. (but no exercise...i need to lose at least 15 kilos..please help)

What can I do about this?
